　 摘要 建筑行业作为国民经济的支柱产业，在建筑工程施工过程中，以及建好的建筑物中时常发生建筑物倒塌、裂缝、渗水等现象，因此建筑物的质量成为了社会关注的焦点，作为施工企业，施工质量的控制成为了整个施工过程中的重中之重。本文针对建筑工程项目在全寿命周期下的质量管理与控制研究分析：

　首先对论文的研究背景及意义进行了阐述，分析国内外建筑行业质量管理和控制的研究现状及发展趋势，明确了本文要研究的内容、目标和技术路线，并对研究过程的创新点进行了介绍。

　其次，对建筑工程项目质量控制的基本理论进行分析，主要对质量管理的发展、全面质量管理、建筑工程项目质量管理和控制、全寿命周期下建筑工程项目质量管理和控制的基本理论进行阐述。

　再次，针对建筑工程项目质量问题及其影响因素进行了分析，指出施工质量管理和控制过程中存在诸多问题，包括工作人员自身素质的问题、分包单位的问题、材料质量的问题、质量通病和质量评价方法的问题；对相应的施工质量因素的管理包括方法、材料、人、机械设备和环境五方面影响因素进行分析并提出提高质量管理的解决方法，确保工程项目质量能够达到质量标准。

　最后，以贵州大学公寓楼建筑工程项目为实例进行研究分析，首先对工程质量管理目标和质量计划的形成进行分析，介绍工程建设阶段的管理和控制方法，对项目的质量保证措施和控制措施进行了深入的探讨，进而对建筑工程效果进行验证论证，实现了项目质量目标：合格率为100%，其中85%达到优良，远高于同类项目优良水准60%。

　2 Abstract As a pillar industry of the national economy, the construction industry often suffers from the collapse, cracks, and water seepage of buildings during the construction of construction projects. Therefore, the quality of buildings has become the focus of social attention as a construction enterprise. The control of construction quality has become the top priority in the whole construction process. In this paper, we analyze the quality management and control of construction project under the whole life cycle: Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research, analyzes the current situation and development trend of quality management and control in the construction industry at home and abroad, and clarifies the contents, goals and technical route of the research. The innovation points of the research process are also introduced. Secondly, the basic theory of quality control of construction project is analyzed, and the development of quality management, total quality management, quality management and control of construction project, and the basic theory of quality management and control of construction project under the whole life cycle are expounded. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the quality problems of construction projects and their influencing factors, and points out that there are many problems in the process of construction quality management and control. Including the quality of the staff, subcontracting units, material quality issues, quality problems and quality evaluation methods; The corresponding construction quality factors management, including methods, materials, people, machinery and equipment and environmental factors, are analyzed and solutions are proposed to improve the quality management to ensure that the quality of the project can meet the quality standards. Finally, taking the building project of Guizhou University apartment building as an example, this paper first analyzes the formation of the project quality management goal and quality plan, and introduces the management and control methods of the

The quality assurance measures and control measures of the project are discussed in depth, and the results of the construction project are verified and verified, and the quality objectives of the project are achieved: the pass rate is 100 %, of which 85 % reach excellent, which is much higher than the same project. 60 % of the excellent level.
